Refund & Returns Policy

๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ Warranty

All items come with a 30-day warranty from the day the item was dispatched from our facility. If the product is defective, you can return it for an exchange of the same item only. No substitution of item will be allowed unless the original item is no longer in stock and cannot be obtained by us in a reasonable amount of time.

Condition Requirements:

  • ๐Ÿ†• New merchandise must be returned or exchanged in new condition with all original packaging and contents.
  • ๐ŸŽฎ Pre-played merchandise must be in the same condition and with the same packaging as when purchased.

All merchandise returned defective will be tested by our staff, and we will contact you with the results. Confirmed defective merchandise will be replaced immediately with the same item shipped at no cost to the customer. Items we deem non-defective will be returned to the customer at their expense.

๐Ÿ“ฎ Warpzonegaming.ca will not be responsible for any incurred cost to the consumer for shipping items back to us, or any costs for sending the replacement back to the customer.


โ†ฉ๏ธ Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility:

  • ๐Ÿ“ฆ Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • โš ๏ธ Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To start a return, contact us at returns@warpzonegaming.ca. If your return is accepted, weโ€™ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


๐Ÿšซ Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • ๐Ÿ‘• Clothing or other worn articles
  • ๐Ÿ’ณ Gift cards
  • ๐Ÿ›๏ธ Sale items

๐Ÿ”„ Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

โŒ Cancellations

Refunds will not be issued on in-stock, backorder, or pre-order cancellations. Only store credit will be issued to your account.


๐Ÿ’ณ Refunds

We will notify you once weโ€™ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund (store credit) was approved. If approved, store credit will be applied to your account for the amount approved by our customer service team.

โš ๏ธ Refunds will not be issued as cash; only store credit will be provided.


๐Ÿ›’ Pre-Orders

Pre-orders have a no cancellation policy or cancellation for credit only. Some items may be marked as non-cancellable in their description โ€” in these cases, no refunds or credits will be issued.


๐Ÿ’ฒ Price Drops

If the retail price has been dropped by the publisher, we will issue the difference in the form of store credit to all affected customers.
